Denita R. Conway, FMP
President and CEO, REALTOR, Best-Selling Author
Denita is PROVEN Management’s founder with the talent and training to lead the company’s marketing initiatives, accounting operations, and human resources. A multi-faceted visionary and thought leader, she is also a REALTOR and best-selling author.
She holds a degree from Temple University Fox School of Business and has received specialized training from Harvard Business School, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Denita is also an advocate for the SBA and women-owned businesses.
Her career in real estate and logistics started with her six-year tenure working on the Phoenix Project, the post-9/11 effort to rebuild the Pentagon. Denita also runs the Conway Foundation.
John W. Middlebrooks, MBA, FMP
Director of Logistics
John is a valued member of PROVEN’s project management team, with more than 10 years of experience in the logistics industry. He is cross-trained in project integration, scope management, time management, cost management, human resource management, and quality control/risk management. John’s approach to project management proactively anticipates challenges, implements timely corrective actions, and provides clear and direct information exchange from project inception through completion. Prior to joining PROVEN, John worked in the industry for 13 years with recognized firms, including Office Movers.
Candace Banks, NCIDQ, LEED, FMP
Team Lead, PROVEN Interiors
Candace believes great design begins with a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. She is a consummate professional who manages design projects with decisiveness, diplomacy, transparency, and creativity. Candace has over a decade of experience in commercial, corporate and retail design and is adept in architectural design, space planning, problem-solving, consultant coordination, and training team members. Candace’s ability to gain an understanding of the organization’s current and future needs results in innovative environments with built-in flexibility for future change. She received a bachelor of arts in architecture from Yale University and a master of fine arts in interior design from The George Washington University. She is a LEED AP and certified through the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ).
Breanna D. Conway, FMP
Quality Control Manager/Transition Planner
Breanna has more than a decade of experience working at PROVEN, including eight years of handling large-scale transition planning projects ranging from 1to 3,600 people and from 150 square feet to 570,000 square feet. She visits and monitors project sites to ensure that PROVEN’s quality assurance processes are implemented and to ensure that the project will meet all objectives. With innate communications skills, engaging energy, and the ability to think on her feet, Breanna adeptly addresses her clients’ needs while moving the project forward and maintaining the project’s quality, schedule, and budget.
